Accident Investigation
In the event of an accident, an investigation should be conducted. if the accident is of a serious nature, the scene should be left undisturbed and the accident should be reported promptly to the Workplace Safety and Health Division. But, all accidents should be investigated so that the cause of the accident can be identified and we can learn to prevent future accidents.
